What to expect; A circle gathering is a place to honor and hold space for life transitions. A circle gathering gives time and recognition to you! The simple act of gathering in circles brings deep nourishment and healing as we take turns speaking, listening and feeling deep in our hearts, receiving one another without judgement, and with full and deep compassion.
Each month a different theme, including dream sharing, setting intention, music therapy, movement therapy, journal prompts, SoulCollage, guided meditation/relaxation and craft activities!
Schedule; Circle gatherings will be once a month, near the new moon, for 3 months then 1 month off and continuing in that manner.
